This review is for the milkshake only! My son and I stopped for lunch and were both craving a shake. We both ordered the cookies... and crème version. First, it?s not a real shake. Mostly ground ice instead of an ice cream base. Second, it was Really hard toget through the tiny straw! We gave up less than halfway through and headed to Coldstone for REAL milkshakes. PS. Amazing food and customer service!! Highly recommend this place.
If I owned this location. I would fire every single employee and just start over. We waited from half time until 3 minutes into... the 4th quarter for wings. We lost an entire quarter of the game because the entire staff is horrible. Beyond horrible. Juststanding there doing nothing at all. Oh occasionally playing on their cell phones as people just kept leaving out offrustration. I just can't believe they are going to collect a paycheck. Games aren't cheap and to lose over a 1/4th of it towaiting for wings by horrible employees is outrageous. I will never again eat at a Quaker Steak and lube as long as I live. Read more
