Very great salads. Love the el jefe and always order that. Unfortunately, they?ve really been skimping more and more on the... chicken portions, and for a $13 meal, they should really give you a ?portion? of chicken. When I got really lowballed and askedfor a bit more they charged me another $3. $17 for a salad bowl with a normal portion of chicken is absurd. Will not be goingas often anymore. Read more

So dumb. Roots forces you to download their app to order; after doing so, it malfunctioned and when I called in, they refused to... accept my order over the phone b/c it's against their policy. Then you are prohibited from tipping the poor employees uponarrival. Even being a millennial myself, Roots is too mobile dependent, horrendously lacking in normal human interaction.
