It seems like everytime I stop at this location they screw up my coffee. I asked for 5 sugars and cream and got no sugar. Is it... that hard to count. . Read more
Weekends there is always a really long wait in drive thru. 15- 20 mins and had to drive away with nothing ordered. Other than... that, I've never a problem my order. Some gluten free products would be great! Read more
This Dunkin is extremely slow and mismanaged. The employees I actually speak to are always nice and friendly and my order is... often correct, but not always complete. Today I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru, 10 of which I never moved at all. And thiswas in the afternoon. Read more
I went to the drive thru on a Saturday at 6:44pm and asked for an iced latte only to be told by the young man that their latte... machine is down because "we close at 7pm." I then asked if I could have a frozen coffee...no luck there either. But I couldhave a fruity coolatta that I definitely did not want.
