The new series sandwiches were impressive! It's been awhile since I've been there I was happily surprised!
The worker was very rude and clearly didn?t want to help take care of me and my grandparents when we stopped while traveling.... She was very rude as my pap is hard of hearing and wasn?t patient with him at all. I wouldn?t recommend at all if you want goodcustomer service. Read more
You can pretty much expect the same thing at each subway. What sets them apart are the employees! Tonight around 8pm I ordered a... steak and cheese Sub. Today I had quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location. The person working (who claimed... to also be the manager) was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. When I called her out about the issue we were having shewas unapologetic and blamed my son for the issue. She was quick to argue and though I was not abusive or disrespectful to her,she found the solution to the issue was to repeatedly shout at me that I needed to leave the store immediately or she was goingto call security and have me escorted out of the building. I will never visit this location again and if corporate does notrespond to my email I will probably think twice about visiting other locations as well. The way this woman spoke to us and thenimmediately escalated the situation beyond reason is completely unacceptable. Read more
