I made a very large catering order online for a party. When ordering online there is an option to have the food delivered. I... chose to have the food delivered, however 5 minutes before the food was supposed to be delivered, I got a text saying that theywould not be able to have it delivered. I then tried to call the store and their automated system took 10 minutes to finally getthrough to someone. Once I finally got through to someone, the store associate said that they aren?t able to deliver the order.Then the general manager told me the same thing and said that I had to come pick up the order. The worst part is that I stillgot charged the delivery fee. It really bothers me when management can?t find solutions to the problems that are responsiblefor. Tried it for the third time and now I can consistently say this restaurant goes above and beyond with their portion sizes and... service. There?s this Asian girl with blond highlights that always gives plenty of rice and always asks how my day was andhonestly a credit to the store. Go to this one!! And ask for Serene if you can.
