I went in to pickup a quick breakfast for my daughter and a coffee 11/20 1030am. I ordered online so my order was pretty quick... and no lines. There were alot of people in the lobby waiting for their food and to order. The way customers were treating theMcDonald's employees were horrible. In the 20 minutes of sitting at the table and waiting for my daughter to eat her breakfast,it was nothing but complaints and angry people abusing the employees. One employee named Michelle took most of the grunt sinceshe was working the register. She handled herself well and diffused the situations and put on a smile for the next customerwithout flinching. She is a prime example of why she deserves the recent pay raise for minimum wage. Before I left I made sureto thank her for being her and wished her a great day. Read more
Great service, food is amazing, pleasant atmosphere ?
We love this McDonald?s! My son and I come here basically daily for breakfast. We go inside to eat. The workers here all work... their tails off. This is such a crazy crazy busy location and no matter what they always work work work. It?s not the bestparking lot layout for the amount of traffic they get although they almost always never fail get our food right. Doesn?t matterif I mobile order, inside pickup , drive thru or curb side - they always get our custom orders right. If they don?t , theygladly make it right without questioning you. Every morning the custodial crew is cleaning and mopping the inside and out.There is always a manager working in the front , hustling too. P.S. their play place is open from 11am - 8pm!!!!! Placed a mobile order for an iced coffee and waited in curbside pickup spot. 20 minutes later nothing is brought out. People are... being served that came in much later after me. Walk in to check on order and the coffee is just sitting there the whole time.Definitely disorganized location and won't be coming back again. Stay away if you can. Read more
