Good Morning. I love and have always been a long time customer. Unfortunately, this morning an incident occurred in which I must... address. I walked and was waiting to be seated (by a waiter that I always like to order from in which I normally wait a fewminutes for his tables) when I notice two racks of all sorts of pies in the middle of the front of the store. I wanted topurchase an Apricot pie to take home and only seen one available. To make sure it was the only one left I turned around andwaited for the four employees that where having a conversation in Spanish to finish. When it appeared I had gotten theirattention I asked, "Is this the last of the apricot pies you have here"? The cashier stepped up to the register and replied, "Ican ring you up here". I stood perplexed and repeated myself as perhaps I was misunderstood? The manager then stepped forwardand said, "I can help you over here sir". The employees all stared at me with a look as if I they couldn't comprehend what I hadjust said? I repeated, "is this the Last Apricot Pie you have here for sale"? he stood there and just stared at me when aCaucasian woman came from the back and must have sense there was a problem when she asked me if she could help. I then made adecision Not to repeat myself (as now this was irritating me) I took the pie from the shelf and told her I was waiting to beseated and if they could "hold" the pie for me behind the counter or somewhere safe as I believe this is the Last of the apricotpies. She replied, "For how long"? That was the last straw for me. I felt no need in conversing with your employees who onlypretend to speak English but clearly do NOT understand it.
