This is the 3rd and final strike? everything come out cold. Salads were all messed up. Paid for avocado and it wasn?t one any of... the salads $8 bucks gone. Get your stuff together and read the orders. We pay a lot for this food and expect it to be correctand what we paid for! Read more
Dude. I don't even understand the bad reviews! What!?? We got in, stood in line for only three minutes, then placed our order.... The guy brought us our shakes two minutes later while we waited. They were the most delicious pumpkin shakes I'd ever had. Thefood was amazing. After waiting for just five minutes, the man brought us bags with our full order, ready to go. My salad wasfresh. This place has become a train wreck! The people in placerville were so excited to have a new burger joint come to town and for... a few months this place was excellent. Cold food, fries made in old and dirty oil, shakes made 5 to 10 minutes before your food,not engaged employees or MANAGER. I won?t be back. Read more
I really was excited when The Habit in Placerville opened, as I frequent the location in Folsom quite often. My first visit I... had no complaints. Then it went downhill. I always mobile order for pick up. There were several times I would get all the wayback home & find items were missing and/or quality of food was low. Most recently, I picked up my order & looked to make sureeverything was there before I left. I was missing items so I asked the employee at the register about it. She informed me theyran out of those items so they weren?t in there. I had to ask for a refund, which should?ve been automatic. So they?re going tolet me pick up an order I ALREADY PAID FOR & don?t plan on telling me part of it is missing? I?m done with this location.Hopefully, they can turn it around. I?ll drive to Folsom.
