Went through drive thru asked for hot fries and did get hot fries with Big Mac combo. Big Mac was cold and dry. Asked for light... ice in coke got iced watered down coke. I can say the service is always good at this location. I hardly ever eat McDonald's,and last eve is exactly why. Never get hot or even warm food or quality, but sure pay for it. Get biscuits and gravy and there'snever enough gravy to cover biscuit. No more McDonald's for me and it's been a year this time, unless I went through for grandchild, which isn't very often. First time to this location. Ordered 2 sandwiches, large fry, nuggets at drive-thru. Verified by glance before leaving. Got home... to learn that we paid for and got the wrong order, which included a "Crispy Chicken Sandwich" that was slightly warm, and limp.The fries were good. Read more

Worst McDonald's EVER! Got there at 10:40 Sat morning. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns. At 10:55 went up to... inquire about our order and was told they were waiting on our hash browns. So our sandwiches was sitting in a bag getting cold.At 11:05 they handed a gentleman that came in 10 minutes after we had ordered and sat down his hash brown order! At that point Itook my receipt up to the counter and requested my money back and left and will never go back. So much for fast food! Read more
