Not that good experience while over there. I would suggest some training for the employees to talk to customers as this country... is United States and people are not from desert if you know what I mean. The ventilation system of the building needs to befixed ASAP. We had nausea after getting out of this place because of the smell and food itself was 2 out of 5 (dry, salty andovercooked) . We took a chance and ordered from Happy Falafel for a vegan and vegetarian catering event after trying to find the most... authentic Mediterranean food in the area, and I?m so glad we did! Everything was flavorful, fresh, and packed well. We orderedway too much and it freezes/thaws really well, too. I appreciate them taking the extra step to make ordering plant-based foodeasy. food quality: delicious every time!! been eating here since it opened customer service: unimpressive. I placed a catering order... two days in advance. they put me on a 3 way phone call to place an uncomplicated order. I love the garlic sauce so we added twocontainers to my order because that's what they recommended for the amount of food I got. The day comes and we have a 5pm pickuptime. They call me at 5:15 to say my order is ready. We arrive around 5:30 and they were still assembling our order even thoughthey told me it was ready. Then they call while we are driving back that they forgot to include the rice. I notice they alsoforgot to include 1 of 2 garlic sauce containers I paid extra for, so we let them know about the sauce when we came back to getthe rice, and they gave us a hard time about it and did not give us the missing container even though they made it a point tocharge me extra for it. very annoying to get charged for something I did not receive.
