I don't even know where to begin. This was my very first time ordering from this location, and it will absolutely 100% be my... last. I ordered for delivery which estimated 50-65 minutes delivery. No problem. However when minute 70 elapsed, I tried callingthe store just to check on status. The phone rang and rang until it was picked up and hung up. I called again with a similarresult. So, I drove to the location to inquire about the status of my order. After waiting in line for another 15 minutes behindother unhappy customers (this was now at minute 95 of estimated 65 minute delivery), I was told that my order is still beingmade. I then cancelled my order and bought dinner elsewhere. And as I'm standing there waiting in line, I'm observingdisgusting food preparation and handling conditions. The food warmer was full, so there were boxes of cooked orders stacked upall around the counters, the food warmer had a broken door and had an error messages warning that it was malfunctioning... Frontof house employees were completely disheveled and filthy. The level of disorganization observed was astounding, but I somehowthink this is normal here. Read more
