Authentic Chinese food lover here, but this is my go-to for quick Americanized Chinese food. Don't let the Chinese-American menu... fool you. They can cook! I love that they will customize your dish as requested, and they understand your order clearly. Iregularly order Beef and Broccoli substituting the rice for an upcharged plain chow fun. I also love their Chinese Eggplant.They customized a dish for me: fish and eggplant with Chow Fun. Much appreciated. I've ordered about 1/3 of their menu and it'sall good, much better than some of the other fast Chinese spots in the area. Highly recommended. Read more
