I have always had a positive experience at this location. My order is correct every time and the staff is very friendly! Today,... I went through the drive thru and the man taking orders was very kind. When I got to the window, Kaylee greeted me and providedexcellent guest service! Read more

Had a closed lobby in the middle of the day and they don't take online orders through the app. I thought this would be one of... the good Taco Bells, I was sorely mistaken. Never going to even attempt coming here again. Read more

Check your bag before pulling away from any and all Taco Bells! This is a problem with the entire chain, not just this one... restaurant. The food at Taco Bell is not (and has never been) good enough, and is now no longer cheap enough to excuse missingor incorrect items even occasionally. The food is also not good enough to justify the hassle of going all the way back to therestaurant for the missing or incorrect items. These are both problems created by the company, as the company determines thelimited items available, the low quality of ingredients and sets the ever increasing price. That leaves convenience as the onlyreal reason to even go to a Taco Bell in the first place, but this situation leaves the individual stores with little to no roomfor error and nearly guarantees a negative, highly inconvenient customer experience at the slightest mistake. I have no issuewith this individual store. My interactions with the workers have ranged from pleasantly acceptable to genuinely very good! Iwould like to thank them for trying so hard and getting it right as often as they do under these circumstances. ... and TacoBell on its worst day is still tastier than McDonald's on its best day. Mustard and ketchup and grease are not viablealternatives to actual flavor. My only gripe is with the company, and I hope that in time they will correct the problems theyhave created that make going to Taco Bell such a bummer. Thank you, Workers of W. Main St. Taco Bell. Corporate, get your acttogether. Read more

I've been here twice both times through the drive-thru because their lobby isn't open. It is the slowest Taco Bell you will ever... go to you can order at the drive-thru beady only car and it's like they have to go back and cook the hamburger meat while you'rethere. Right now we've been in line 10 minutes for an order that was placed before we even left to come get it and we're threecars behind the drive-thru window. Venture to say when we get up there it still won't be ready. Clean yes it's clean cuz theydon't have people in their lobby. It's also brand new. Read more

On par with most "fast" food. A good attitude and willingness to show effort towards good customer service can go a long way to... make up longer wait times and other issues caused by staffing problems. There was none of that to be had here. Read more
