Placed online order for 2 subs and 5 chocolate chip cookies for pick up. Get home and all the cookies are broken and 1 chocolate... chip. Call and explain what happens and ask for refund! I've never had a issue at this subway until today. I went in for a meatball sub , the meatballs were still cooking. She told me... 15 mins , so I said ok & waited in my car. Went back in asked how much longer, she said 6 mins. So I sat inside & played on myphone while I waited. I heard the microwave beep , I heard her take them out & put them in the container , I waited. She neversaid anything to me I waited 5 more mins before I went looking for her. I said excuse me noone came out , said it again agentlemen came from behind the counter & I said was she going to let me know the meatballs were done, he said well do u want ahoagie , I said no I want to know why she didn't tell me. She came out with a attitude & said she didn't say anything bc I wason my phone. I said all u had to do was say excuse me they're done. I've already been there a half hr , don't want to spend mywhole day at subway. She was very rude , never apologized was very condescending.
