I placed an order on the app. I received someone else?s order. Had to go back and get the correct order. I barely received an... apology for getting my order mixed up. I ordered 4 different milk teas, when I went to my car, I accidentally tipped over thedrinks. The cover (the plastic seal type) on 2 drinks easily came off. I thought the covers on these cups were suppose to besecure, but I was wrong. I re-ordered the drinks on the app, went back inside and mentioned to the employee that the covers werenot on very securely. I mentioned not to complain, but just matter of fact. She looked at me like I had 3 heads, not saying oneword. Very unimpressed with the customer service here. Read more

Got the limited edition Kirby drink TWICE, both times they ran out of the crystal boba and I asked if I could get boba as the... replacement. They told me they'd have to charge me extra for boba. You ran out of the topping and wanted to charge me more whenI ask for another topping?? So should I have asked for a discount since I'm not getting the topping for my drink??? I used towork at another kung fu tea location and they'd always let customer pick a substitute topping if they ran out of a topping thatcomes with the drink. On top of that, the employees don't know that everything on the menu is dairy free. The customer after mewas asking if the milk tea is lactose free and they said no. There were very little bubbles and when I brought it to theworker?s attention he did nothing about it. He could care less and basically said there is nothing he could do.
