Had ordered dinner from Hama last week. I became violently sick several hours later. Called Hama the next day and was told the... American body can't handle the mix of different foods. (I was not looking for a free meal.) I promptly called the Nassau CountyDepartment of Health who inspected Hama a day or two later. They said Hama completely failed the inspection. I was told thatthe meat, fish and rice were not stored correctly i.e. not at the correct temperature. I was told the temperature of the Eelwas measured @ 57 degrees. It would have been nice if the owner called me back to apologize. I was not looking for anythingelse. As an update, I have to get tested for parasites. Read more

Great sushi and restaurant is very accommodating to our vegetarian friends. They make substitutions upon request. Food is... delicious and service has always been great. Read more
