We went through the drive through a few days ago and ordered for 4 people. They forgot my meal, so my fiance parked and went in... to get it fixed. I went in to use the restroom as he came out, and by the time I got to the lobby, two female employees werealready loudly complaining about the mess up as if we were somehow in the wrong for them forgetting my meal even if theyapparently didn't understand what had been wrong with the order? I literally stopped and stared, listening to them and theydidn't notice me or stop their complaining. It was very obvious that the team had some communication and awareness issues. Ithen went to use the restroom and it was so dirty that I couldn't use either stall or even wash my hands in the sink.
