The service was quick but the food was not good at all. I have never been to a "bad" Boston Market!! The cornbread was ice cold,... the Mac and Cheese was watery and the ribs tasted old. We were literally the only ones in the restaurant and that should've beenenough warning for us...usually Boston Market restaurants are never empty! Needless to say, I will not be going back there. This is the 1st and last time ordering a holiday meal from Boston Market. My review is for the chain, but I purchased from this... location. I want to WARN others who are considering this as an alternative to cooking for the holidays. Although we only had 10people coming for dinner I ordered the essential whole turkey meal for 12 along with the essential half boneless ham meal for 6and a 32 oz. mac n cheese. I thought spending $290 on the meals was a bit high knowing I would still have to provide thevegetables, but my usual restaurant was not available, The quality of the food was not an issue with the exception of the mac ncheese and potatoes. The mac n cheese was like soup and the potatoes were so dry you had to add grave in order to eat them. Mymain problem was the quantity. The food provided was barely enough for four people. I ordered the ham as an extra and still itwas not even close to enough. The sides were in pans a little bigger than my hand. My son had to run to the store to purchaseeverything we needed. We ended up having to make a pot of potatoes, a pan of mac and cheese, a pan of stuffing, and rolls. WhatI thought was spending money for convenience of not cooking turned out to be a waste of money. We spent the day cooking. Ourmeal was picked up at 11:45 with the expectation of eating dinner about 1:30. After cooking most of the day we finally got toeat at 6:30. In summary I pretty much paid $290 for a turkey and 1/2 of boneless ham beings that I had to make everything else.I would look else where before choosing Boston Market for your holiday cooking.
