My Wife & I have recently moved from Seattle to Dallas a week ago. We love Szechuan food, and therefore, we thought of finding... Szechuan restaurants, and this came up. The restaurants had a few mosquitos that bit both of us. The food was above average butcan definitely be improved when compared to the Szechuan restaurants we have been to. We ordered the Hot & Sour soup, which wasgood, Pork dumplings (steamed) which were average and had more skin and less meat, and finally, we ordered our all timefavorite, boiled fish fillet in Szechuan sauce, which was extremely spicy and is not meant to be like is. The taste is as authentic as you can get in Dallas. The owners and chefs are talking to each other in Sichuan dialect. Dine in... is much better than take out, since the steam changes the texture of food. Read more
