No one helps the poor old lady in the front except one of the delivery guys that was bringing her the pizzas so she wouldn't... walk. After that she was on her own. All the young people just starring around and pretending not to hear for help. Read more

They are short staffed and making that customer?s problem. I tried to call this store for 5 times just to tell them to cancel my... order due to the delay with the order. When i told the same to person on counter, his comment was ?sir, people call all thetime?. I mean seriously that?s your excuse for not picking up the call. I had to drive all the way to the store just to cancelmy order. Disgusting experience. Read more

Could someone please tell me when they started being rude about tips? Ordered for delivery and WAS going to tip, the driver says... ?it?s cold outside y?all don?t believe in tips? We work for tips.? Excuse me? Didn?t even give us a chance to grab the pizza orreach in our pockets. We always tip our delivery drivers AFTER paying first. Completely ridiculous, do not ask for tips anddon?t try to make people feel bad if they don?t tip. Won?t be ordering again. Read more

I order a lot from here and a Big fan of domino?s.. but looks like that will be changing.. messed up my order twice.. also when... I went in to pick up, they made me sit there for 30 minutes after telling me the pizzas are ?ready? Really disappointed! Read more

Horribly slow service, poor quality food, & overpriced. Domino's sent me a coupon for a free pizza for signing up with rewards... program. However the website doesn't have a place to enter the code. Upon contacting Dominos' I was transferred to the localstore and 3 different times they would answer and hang up. Guess they were to busy to say hello can you please wait. Finally thewebsite coupon page opened a tab for the coupon but at checkout the order was denied as it didn't meet minimum requirement fordelivery. A half an hour later the order was placed. I watched the GPS tracker and noticed is sat in quality check for longtime. looks like they help the order so they could deliver to another house in my neighborhood as the driver sat by the park for5 minutes. The result was an hour delivery. The pizza arrived under cooked with doughy crust and by the time I ordered extrawings it took an Hour and a Half to get wings and a free pizza that cost me $21. I can already see by all the 1 star reviewsthat this is normal for this location and I expect to get the same spam response from team bailey apologizing and promising 5star service. Here's my advice team bailey, go to your store and answer the phone. But don't ask me for an email as I'll NEVERorder from you AGAIN! Goodbye Domino's W Springcreek Plano! Read more

I order a delivery at 6:47. It is 7:29 and my pizza is still in prep. I tried to call but the phone rings 5 times then hangs up.... I won't accept the delivery and will never order here again. I finally got a text saying the guy was at my house but by then Iwas getting a pizza from another place. My restitution was a coupon for 50% off good thru NOVEMBER!! I expected a free pizza!! I ordered four pizzas tonight one of them was so overcooked my kids wouldn?t eat it. I called to let them know and hopefully get... another pizza made to correct the issue, but I?ve called five times and each time I?ve called someone has picked up the phoneand hung up, didn?t say hello nothing. I just wanted to let a delivery driver named Robert know that i?m so far beyond impressed with his customer service skills, his... attention to detail, and the love that he puts into his job. To tell a little bit about my story I had not seen him in probablya year and a half and just based off the name of the order he knew exactly who I was and upon opening my door he greeted me witha very warm and and loved greeting. I?ve worked in the service industry most of my life and words can express how wonderful andcared for that made me feel. Robert I hope you see this And I hope all of your upper management see this. I will also becalling the store tomorrow to make sure somebody knows about this interaction.
