2 years ago I would have given this restaurant 5 stars. I came back after a year and received the worst restaurant service in a... very long time. My friend and I went in and requested for chips since it was complementary, the woman only gave us one and itwas apparently one per table, but I looked around and saw numerous of white customers with multiple chips at their table. Myfriend and I are both Asian so I felt the racial discrimination right off the bat. The food was 5/10. Pretty mid not gonna lie.This restaurant used to be good, I'll take my my business elsewhere. Ate here because it?s Zabiha. I really enjoyed the verde enchiladas with rice & beans. The verde sauce was very tasty. My family... members ordered beef tacos & flautas which were not the best. The tacos were dry and the flautas would be better if the chickenwas shredded. The chips and salsa were okay, but I loved the chips with the green salsa that you put on tacos. The red one wasspicy. It?s hard to find good authentic mexican food in Texas so this is the closest you?ll get to authentic mexican plus it?szabiha:) Aside from the food, the restaurant itself is a little dirty, especially the bathrooms. Remember they got student discounts, I think teacher discounts too, but ask them if they got any specials! They told me their... breakfast burritos were BOGO when I went on a saturday and what a delight, the chorizo, and bacon were biiig! If you wantsomething fresh and not HEAVY like Chipotle, their barbacoa burrito will serve you well. I personally prefer something heavy andgreasy. Typically I expect their chorizo to be drenched in grease, but its pretty good, but along with the bacon version, itwas not what I remembered when I went a few years ago. I got it togo, and I wish they placed some napkins with it, and includeda different sauce. Their green sauce is just fine to me. Have been a customer for a long time, work at a tourist spot and would always recommend this place as somewhere close to eat,... and this was a 5 star review, but they have now lost a frequent customer and I will no longer recommend to anyone. Got a chickenburrito and a taco, and they only give one green salsa and not even the usual 1 red 1 green. I don't have coins and wasn'tinformed before, and they only take coins for it, so I guess I'm SOL. The salsa is the main reason I come here...I tip everysingle time...wish that could count toward the sauce if it's gonna be like that. Guy at the front was nice and it clearly isn'this decision. This is bs. Usually ask for one extra and wouldn't have minded paying if they ask (I have before) I can tell theyalways seem upset about this one extra and also have given way too much in the past, which was always odd. One extra sauceshouldn't be that big of a deal, especially when I have multiple tacos and a burrito. Feel wronged and will never beback. Edit: Andrew (guy working) called and I guess a burrito does normally come with two salsa and he didn't know after a yearof working there? Idk still feels screwy and the policy seems unclear.
