At just after 7am last Friday, I ordered a bakers dozen. It seemed like there was an issue in the back and the staff were... chatting about something. I felt like the woman who then got my order together was being secretive and she told me to go down topickup area rather than watch her assemble at the glass. I discovered why when I got home and found several bagel flavors I didnot ask for. It was clear they did not want to give me the last four Asiago and everything bagels and they tossed in onion and ajalapeño, neither of which I would have ever wanted. If they didn't want to give me the last of them, they should have asked.Still, it was not even 7:30 am. and they were that low on bagels? Very disappointing. Read more

OK, so I?m new in town from Toronto and I gotta start off but saying OMG on the price of bagels here! Mind you this is the only... bagel shop I visited but I?m assuming this is representative given the reviews but $8.30 for 6 bagels???!!! I?m used to buyingfresh made bagels for $2 for 6 and if I really want to treat myself then $6 for 6 Montreal wood fired oven bagels (which areexcellent)! In any case, it is what it is I?m not docking stars for the pricing. Otherwise the bagels were good but nothingspecial. The guy at the cash seemed pretty grumpy but whatever, didn?t bother me. Ordered a farmhouse Bagel on ancient grain and a chocolate chip with plain cream cheese. I got a farmhouse on cinnamon raisin... and a cinnamon raisin with plain cream cheese. The cinnamon raisin with plain is fine, but the screw up putting cinnamon raisinon a farmhouse sandwich is hilariously bad. Cherry on top is when I tried calling them to let them know of the mixup theydidn't even pick up. Read more

It's a nice neighborhood location. They have really good quality bagels with much better nutritional value than the ones in... grocery stores & Costco. Service is good, sandwiches are good. Wish coffee is bit warmer than it usually is and they serve hashbrowns in trays instead of a paper bags. Read more
