We?ve never actually sat inside, because of where it?s located, we?ve always ordered it to go. But the service is always great,... they have not messed up an order and they are very quick. My first visit; was not sure what to expect. Friend with whom I went "insisted" I place our order for 3 drinks due to his... irritation with communication challenges created by plexi-glass, employees being very soft spoken and wearing face masks. Therewas a little bit of inconvenience in having to request the young lady repeat herself several times so I could hear / understand(as I am a bit hard of hearing), but it was minor, and not her fault :). I asked for clarification on size, "sugar amount" andwhat topping would pair well with the flavor I ordered. Drinks were served up surprisingly quick, they were priced fairly, and ILOVED my Taro with White Pearl! I will definitely be back when I visit this area again! Read more
We got a brown sugar milk tea which was good but my fiancé got a Thai tea slush and it had no flavor. He drank some of it to... see maybe if it would get better but it still tasted bland. Disappointing that we couldn?t exchange it for just a Thai tea. Read more

The Thai Tea at 100% sweet was good however the boba was horrible. The boba tasted, if you call it a taste, like bland... antiseptic chemical cleaner. I was afraid it was contaminated. I had to stop drinking an over priced $7 drink. Thus was my 3rdtime at this location and all 3 times it was bad. Guess its not an employee goof but a sanitation practice that?s the issue. Ihad terrible stomach cramps and hit the bathroom less that 30 minutes later. It was this drink, no question. Will not bereturning ever again. Read more
