Kirby catered an event for us and his cooking was out of this world! I pride myself on my smoking abilities as I?ve been doing... it for several years? My cooking is so good I?ve had people tell me ?this is the best ____ I?ve ever had.? I?m only saying thisbecause I couldn?t hold a candle to what Kirby does? His cooking is truly next level, and his professionalism and passion forwhat he does is second to none. Thank you so much Kirby! You do great work and you really made our event extraspecial.?
