Fun experience! Robots that deliver drinks. Constant flow of sushi on the conveyor belt and you can quick order any sushi on a... 2nd conveyor if you don?t want to wait. If you get 15 plates you get a prize that shoots out over your table. Sushi is very goodtasting with a lot of variety. Read more

We had an hour wait which was really much faster than quoted. You get updated via text messages about your place in line. I wish... more places did this!! The food itself was good and the conveyor belt is a fun novelty. You can also order food separately whichcomes on a belt above. The quality seems to have improved from last time. I love the Legacy Central (Plano) location! It's larger, cleaner, and better staffed than the one in Carrolton. The sushi is... awesome, especially if you like traditional sushi. It is a Japanese chain after all! I'm half Japanese so I love that stuff.Favorites here include ama ebi (sweet shrimp), scallops, ikura (salmon roe), salmon, and unagi (eel). It's great to be able toorder from the screen and not have to wait for someone to come by. Servers do give refills on green tea though, so don't keepordering new teas from the screen! Read more
