Absolutely terrible customer service. Employees just look at you standing there, wanting to place or pick up an order. Then,... when you do there job for them and try to greet them in a friendly manner, you get about the most unfriendly, unprofessional,response back. After finally getting them to half hazardly place your order, and waiting around for way longer then you shouldhave to wait for it, you are forced to ask them if your order is ready, only to find it was sitting in the back for 10 minwithout anyone bothering to bring it to you, when they see you standing there waiting for it the whole time. Not like they werebusy for an excuse. There was 1 person in the restaraunt, while all there lazy, incompetent employees just stood around playingwith there phones. Read more
UPDATE: The manager of this location reached out to me and personally apologized for my messed up order and made it right by... fixing the issue for me. Mistakes happen sometimes and I am grateful that the management went through the effort to fix it :) Idon?t like leaving bad reviews but I was so disappointed today with my pick up order. My french dip did not have the au jus withit, the club I ordered without mustard turned out to have mustard on it, I did not receive the chocolate chip cookie I ordered,and my sweet tea was unsweet. It was my first time ever getting an order from this location and I have had great experienceswith the other locations in DFW. But I don?t think I will order from this location again after how majorly my order was messedup. Read more
