Guizhou style Chinese food. My first time there and I was very pleased. Menu is in Chinese and English, the staff is great at... explaining things. Both noodles in soup and dry noodles and sides you can add. I had the beef noodles, with a rich variety ofingredients for a great taste. A bit spicy but not overpowering. Loved this place! I wanted to try something new so this was my first time trying your food. I don?t think I have ever had... traditional Chinese food like this and as a spicy food lover, this was definitely spicy in all the best ways possible! I was abit skeptical at first because I did not know how you would cater to vegetarians like me but this dish was so good and had somuch flavor, I will definitely be coming back! My parents own a small local food business themselves so I can tell how much timeand effort y'all must have put into every dish made and that probably doesn?t get appreciated enough. I?m writing a complain letter about the extremely bad service on November 29, 2022. I?m considering to file a lawsuit against... the restaurant for assaulting. At first, we told the staff that we were in a rush and asked the staff how long it would takefor the food. He told us it would only take 5 minutes. We came in and ordered only one bowl of noodles for two people. The staffare aggressive when we were ordering. Even we claim that we only want one bowl of noodles, he wants us to order more food. Theinteraction between the customers and servers is uncomfortable. There are some problems with just waiting for the food too. AsI mentioned, we claimed that we were in a rush. However, other customers who came in later than us get the food faster. Iteventually took 15 minutes to get the noodles, but it only took 5 minutes for other customers. I suspect that because we onlyordered one bowl of noodles, he intentionally makes it longer to serve our food. The noodles are bland and tasteless. The mifenis somehow overcooked and too soft. They also messed up my order. They didn?t give us all the food we ordered. However, it tookthem double amount of time to get our food ready. The most shocking thing that makes me consider this as the worst restaurantexperience is when the server, Vera, threw tips and cursed at us. We had a terrible experience at the restaurant, so we decidedto not give tips. However, the staff claims that we need to give them tips. Therefore, I give them a small amount of tips justto be polite. The server chased us out and started claiming that it?s their rules to pay 15% of the meal for tips. However,there isn?t any state laws or federal laws that state customers have to give 15% for tips. After he chased us out therestaurant, he threw the tips at us and started cursing in Chinese. I feel that my life was being threatened. Therefore, I?mgoing to reserve my rights to suit the restaurant for assaulting customers. Also he did not have us the exact Read more
