Absolutely brilliant location! Everything great from start to finish. Host at front desk was friendly and efficient, and... Corbin, our server was fabulous! Again, very attentive and efficient service and the food was delish. We loved the desserttoo! Seemed to be a real team effort at this location as dirty plates were promptly removed from the table by several passingteam members (the manager included). Additionally, the manager was also very friendly and made sure we had a positiveexperience. This location consistently scores high with us so we'll be back when we're next in the mood for a steak. I?m giving Ross 5 stars when it comes to customer service as a Manager here. The waitress messed up our order from drinks to our... main dish. She was totally off and it wasn?t just us, also the next table from us Ross, the manager started taking care of ourorder and started apologizing for one of his staff. My family has been coming to Outback since I was little. The employees are friendly, hard working, and the food is always great.... I have never doubted the quality or taste of my food when I order, because I've never had any issues with it. My family hasallergies, and they do a brilliant job accommodating them. They regularly will double check and make sure our food and drinksare done right, and the food is served quickly, even though our group was 14 people. Not a new experience for us. We really love this location but what moved me to write a review was the excellent service we... received. Our server was Naijsa B and she brought enthusiasm and capability to what most consider in these times to be adifficult job. She is pleasant and knows the menu and made sure our steaks were done to order. Like I said, we really trust thislocation but this young lady made our visit so much more enjoyable. Thank you so much. Clarissa was the best, very cordial and awesome customer service. As a ex chef myself, outback is very Lucky to have her on... board. Please keep her, and honor her for her honesty toward me, which turned into integrity for outback. She deserves a raisefor her knowledge and great sales and customer friendly skills with your guests. The meal was good, however I sat at a smallbooth in the bar for privacy, and her service and willing to please me was second to none. Give me 10 Clarissa?s and I can turna losing money Steakhouse, into a turning profitable one in 90 days. I will be back to see and sit in the bar area to be servedby Clarissa. Please take care of her, as a retired Chef, in today?s environment, coming out of Covid restrictions, I was able tobuild a relationship with her over my dinner.
