I?ve had several surveys on this this location and my issue has been price, pizza along with everything else has gotten soo... expensive. But I have to say this location cooks the best Papa Johns Pie I have ever had, it?s the fastest and best hands down, and I?ve eaten at quite a few locations over the years?. I would give 0 stars if I could. Previous delivery order was delivered with open box and missing side of garlic sauce and banana... peppers. Called to complain and manager said I would get 40% off next order. Tried to order again today and it was adisaster. First I was told they have no record of the discount I was previously offered and said the best they can do is 25%.(Frustrating but whatever) I tried to order ?Pick Your Fave? of medium pizza and garlic knots. But I was told the medium pizzadoes not apply to the ?Pick your Fave? although it was listened on website. After a long back and forth and the lady just tryingto sell me a large pizza she finally agrees and gets the medium pizza and garlic knots on the bill under ?Pick your Fave? Totalwas $13.xx. She asked if paying in person or over the phone. I requested to apply the 25% off discount and was told ?no youcan?t combine offers?. I explained that I understand if it was a regular discount but the discount came from their previousmistake and should be honored. She said those kinds of things can only be handled in store. I say ok I will pay for it in thestore then to get this squared away. After a moment of pause she says I am only able to pay over the phone to void thepossibility of getting the discount. Giving 2 stars because the pizza was delivered on time (during the estimated time) however the pizza looked awful. We typically... order just cheese pizza original crust but this time we wanted to try the epic stuffed crust (which costs about $3 more) and Ireceived what looked like they ran out of cheese on the pizza when they stuffed the crust? It was floppy and burned underneathand just sad. I know we are going through awful times and it?s hard to keep workers but hopefully you can find someone that canmake a better looking and tastier pizza than what I received yesterday. They source delivery out to door dash. Our pizza sat getting cold because of this. JUST HIRE DELIVERY DRIVERS THAT ARE ALREADY...
