I ordered a veggie pizza from Papa John?s online and after three minutes I got a notification that the pizza was ready which was... surprising, but once I picked it up I noticed it was cold, as if it had been sitting there even before I ordered. Although Iappreciate the customer service and have had good experiences in the past, I didn?t enjoy it this time and I hope management canwork on making fresh pizzas in the future. Read more
Best Papa John's there is! From the manager down they are top quality individuals! I really hate all the hoops you have to go... through just to talk to the store these days, but that's not their fault! If their automated system or their customer servicecenter falls through, this staff is always eager to remedy the situation! A word of advice to all those leaving negativereviews - try treating them how you would want to be treated. I have witnessed customers treating this staff like less than thedirt on their shoes. How can you expect them to provide you with any kind of quality customer service if you aren't nice tothem? 'Please' and 'thank you' go a long way in ANY interaction! These people DO NOT care about customer service. Got my order wrong twice and were very rude towards me as if it was my fault... the order was wrong! Cashier was very confrontational and I left very disappointed with service. Horrible service. Read more
