Being from California, I was excited to try this chain as we don?t have them out in the west. It was ok. Nothing wrong with the... sandwich, but nothing special to it either. Good prices and good food, don?t get me wrong, but they were more or lessforgettable. Read more
Went into location at 5:35PM, 2 employees working and the place was empty as it was early for dinner. One employee was... refilling bottles with sandwich stuff, the other was helping me. She was more interested in cell phone but that didnt' botherme. There was no sweet tea (none brewing) no napkins to be found, not a clean table from what I saw. and of all the potbelly'si've been too i've never been disappointed. Management should do an eval on the employees.. Clean tables and napkins areactually important and cell phone use on clock ? I know i'd lose my job if that was the case. The sandwich was sub-parmeaning .. its my regular item i get and it was ok .. not great and not as good as i've had in the past. I will continue toenjoy pot belly sandwiches but I will not return to this location. Read more
I enjoyed the sandwich and Mac and Cheese. That was great, BUT the reason for a 2 star was the restrooms. Both were disgusting,... and smelled horrible. I personally had to open the cabinet in the restroom and clean the toilet before using one of the twobathroom. I completely understand it was lunch hour, but someone should always be on top of that. They both were dirty andsmelled horrible. Me as a customer should never have to clean the restroom before using it. Do better next time guy. Read more
