I was visiting the Plano area this weekend, originally from Beaumont area. On Saturday (March 19) around 4pm my phone died while... I was using the map to find my way to my hotel. I quickly turned into the first store I seen which was Racetrac (609 E. PlanoPKWY). I asked the guy if there was an outlet to charge my phone, he tried to find one and called the other worker over to askhim where I could charge it. They found an outlet and let me charge my phone up and looked up where I was going and gave medirections. Both were very friendly and great with the customers that came in. I manage a convenient store and I always look atcustomer service when I go to others. These guys were on point. Thank y?all for helping me out!
