This place is a nice theater unfortunately there is a bad apple in this bunch. I took my family to see Dr. Strange Saturday... night @ 8:45 PM May 7th. My family ordered some popcorn to go near the end of the movie. My wife then proceeded to order then herudely and hatefully told my wife the sizes are right there. She then proceeded pay. After she paid she ask him if he could putsome butter on the popcorn. He then blew up & got a major attitude and become very rude while putting the butter on the popcornslamming stuff. I can\'t believe Cinemark actually has someone this crazy managing. The movie great but the service horrible. Read more
