This Florida girl in Texas no longer has to fly home for her Cuban and Latin favorites. From fragrant and perfect ropa vieja to... perfectly crisp but still tender vaca frita and write home about cubanos, this is a place where you can tell there is love andhistory in the kitchen. Did I mention that I could just eat the congri for the rest of my life and be happy?
