Food is always fresh and delicious. Service is very impressive. I love the fact that they have traditional ground sitting... arrangement too. The restrooms are clean. They even have prayer rugs for you to catch up on your prayers. Will definitely comeback. Read more

Heard lots about this restaurant, and was pleasantly surprised with our order. Upon entering, it seems as if the restaurant is... run by an older couple running back and forth between the register and the kitchen. She didn?t really have much to stay orsuggest, which I must remove a star for, because of the lack of quality customer service. She just stood there and waited untilwe chose something. The restaurant was clean, and the menu was simple. We ended up ordering the chapli kabab plate, and thekabuli pulao. The chapli kabab was fresh, tasty, crispy, and absolutely delicious. It had a hard crispy outer layer, but theinside was soft and flavorful. It came with a yummy naan, and it was just the perfect pairing. The kabuli pulao was DIVINE. Thelamb shank was SO tender, it fell off the bone immediately. The rice was packed with flavor, and you can tell it was cooked toperfection. I thought I wasn?t going to finish it all, but I surprisingly finished it off (no regrets). I am thoroughlyimpressed with my experience, and will definitely make this a go-to spot when I visit from Houston again. Read more

Awesome food, one of the best Afghan Boti and pulao I had, it was fresh and quick. I will come again.

The food was much superior than other places purporting to offer similar cuisine. Even the extra effort with plating was an... indicator that the restaurant has a limited menu but does a good job in delighting the patrons. The kitchen is well staffed butthe dining area could benefit from an extra pair of hands. The Qabli Pulau was everything as expected but the lamb could'vebeen a tad bit slow cooked for another 30 mins. The rice was fresh but had absorbed the "aroma" of the lamb instead of offeringits own fragrance. The Beef Kobideh was excellent but the flame treatment was not equal on both sides. The portion wasgenerous. The rice too was an example of the higher culinary standards being practiced. Most customers pay before being served! No offense intended by the management in this modus operandi. Read more

Meat on Afghan style lamb kabob platter was flavorful, but My honest opinion it was over priced for $17 all you get a few small... pieces of chewy lamb kabob on a oversize pita bread no salad, no sides. I really wonder why do they even call it a platter? Itwas my first time there so I asked the lady in the counter What does she suggest? She just pointed me to the menu. Peoplewithout minimum customer service skills (simple greet or a smile) should not work at the front end of a restaurant. Read more
