Tonight's experience was extremely weird. Weird as in it looked like the 3 or 4 managers and 6 or 7 employees were all on auto... pilot. This seems like a completely different restaurant and staff from when I visited a few months back. Can we have thesmiling cheerful engaging team back please. Besides the cooks it seemed like the only one that was trying was Joccelyn but shehad the 2 weeks in vibe going on. Hopefully next time I go it won't feel as awkward. Read more
I am not a regular Arby's customer. When I get a hankering for a over packed meat sannich I'm there ordering a gyro or two.... Granted I cannot make a comparison to other locations. Went in to get my daughter a happy meal and right before walking i saw a posted note, "only accepting cash due to national coin... shortage" went in and ask if the note was still valid and was told yes by one of the crew who seemed to be a manager. Afterwalking out the same gentleman came and got me and offered my daughter a happy meal and also provided me a drink. Veryoutstanding crew and high five ???? for the great deeds they do on a daily basis. That's my favorite restaurant from now on.This kind of act will never be forgotten. Read more
