Menu for Crossroads Seafood and Steakhouse in Plant City, FL

We went A few months ago after the change of management, and the service was decent and the food was alright. We went a month... after that and the food was burnt and the service was horrible. They had explained that their regular cook was out and theybrought in a cook they did not know and had difficulty in communicating with that person. They blamed the horribly burnt seafood and terribly undercooked steak (i.e. raw and cold) on this person they hired as their cook for that night. I decided togive them the benefit of the doubt Commas in tried them once more since they're near my home and there's not much to select fromand Plant City. We returned only to find dirty silverware, a Rude waitress, my husband's stake smelled rancid and there was ablack bug crawling in my food. When I explained to the waitress the steak was rancid she explained that it was probably themarinated that they used to cook the meat. We returned the plate in said we're not gonna eat it because we don't need foodpoisoning. I showed her the bug. I asked her to smell the meat.Instead of being understanding to their filth and poor standardsshe decided to take it out on me as though I was the problem and at the end of the meal she let us know that she was "kindenough" to remove the $25 for the steak as they don't deduct food from bills even if it's returned to the kitchen. All you can eat oyster night and only had 5 dozen for a party of nine. Out of shrimp, oysters and any dish containing those. We... were their only customers except for a few others. Ordered an entree with 2 sides and was told the potato my entree was servedon was one of the sides??? Presentation is everything. Salad was good, the entree was plain at best. Service was awesome, menu is seafood or beef. Food was excellent and a lot of it! Prices were reasonable. The inside was huge... can hold small to very large parties, don't let the outside fool you and elegant inside, but it's a dress as you want place. Read more

Great food and service. I?m not an easy person to please when it comes to seafood (I tend to only eat seafood from my own... fishing), but I had quite a pleasant meal here. Stuffed shrimp and oysters along with crusted salmon. Superb! The meal took alittle longer than expected to come out but that?s because the cooking staff was definitely taking g their time. The fries werecut fresh from a potato. This place could honestly survive if it was on the water. Very pleased, will be back. Read more

I was there last night with my Wife my Mother and my Son. My son had the crab-stuffed flounder he said it was excellent. My wife... my mother and myself had the all you can eat crab legs they were excellent our server Allison was right on top of her game. Theplace was packed she made a fresh pot of coffee for my mother and our drinks never were empty and she had the crab legs comingout. We never waited more than a few minutes for the next plate to come around. we had a great experience can't wait to go backagain and try the steaks. Read more
