If you have a choice pick something else. OK so I get that it was a Friday night and there were only two servers on. But 25... mins to take an order and then well over an hour from the time we sat down to get food on the table for pancakes and mozzarellasticks is extreme. The waitress seemed "disconnected and foggy". I don't want Go as far as to say she was messed up but afterworking 10 years in the service industry let's just say I've been around the block a few times and developed a sense of thesethings. Had to as for my coffee four times and a side of ranch (God how those four words are the bane of my existence) at leastfive times. 4d I overheard our waitress lay the blame on the kitchen for the length of time for the food a few times. But notonce did I see a manager do any table touches to check on the guests. I have the sampler platter but my Buffalo chicken tastedas if it had been dredged in salt instead of flour. I called the store number off of Google at 9 pm. I ordered 2 meals and an appetizer. Had to substitute seasoned fries (side... item) for original fries because they were out. Had to sub sweet corn (side item) for onion rings for the same reason. They wereout of onion ring sauce. I'm temporarily without a vehicle so I dealt with the inconveniences. I paid over $44. My food wasdelivered over an hour later COLD and my appetizer was missing. I called the store number back and the woman who answered thephone called me a liar repeatedly and refused to refund my money for the missing food. I told her to keep the $8 and lose mybusiness. The waitresses were really nice and trying there best as the two cooks seemed all over the place and took 50 minutes to get a... grilled cheese and 2 pancakes and while sitting there waiting they were turning people away as they had people in lobby sayingit was taken out only and I work on fast food and women in charge had no idea what to do or how to stay on her crew. Again sweetpeople but very unorganized and definitely under staffed which I get completely.
