I was going to strawberry hut sence they have opened... Always got the same thing. They hire new people that didnt know what... they was doing.. Last time i ate there . There was Saran wrapp in my sandwich.. When i told the owner i was told to never comeback!!... Read more
The food here is great, issue is it?s always a mess picking up orders, I will order online show up around or after the time I am... told and then still stand around 15-25 minutes. There is two windows one that says for picking up orders, but if you go to thatwindow no one comes to help you, leading to getting cold food, they won?t answer the phone which I understand is staffing but atleast start working on getting the pickup process a little more clear. I never write reviews but I live right by this place andused to go a couple of times a week but I quit going because it?s just not worth waiting that long to pick up sandwich?s whenthere are places in town who will have orders ready for pickup when they say they will be. I really hope they eventually getthis figured out because again the food is great and if you have a lot of time to kill it?s worth trying. Read more
Your typical Dive restaurant! Their Cubans have been rated number 1 for 13 or more years, and I can see why! Not quite the... traditional Cuban as it also has salami on it, but a GREAT addition! As in Plant City, I HAD to try a strawberry milkshake. Itwas loaded with fresh strawberries. If I hadn't been driving while drinking it, I would have taken a picture of thestrawberries at the bottom. My only disappointment was the bean soup. It was loaded with beans, ham and chorizo, however therewas a greasy film on it. There is no inside dining, just covered picnic benches. Voted best Cuban 13+ years in a row?? I'M DOWN!!! I was recommended this place by a coworker and I'm thankful. I love the feel... of the order window and pick up window type restaurants with outdoor seating. I got a cheeseburger and Philly cheese steakCubans this time and neither disappointed. We also got a strawberry shortcake and oh man this thing was good!!! Finished themeal with a strawberry and a chocolate shake. I'll definitely frequent this place. If you're in the middle of nowhere and findthe spot you definitely need to give it a shot. Read more
