Thursday 10/6/2022 around between 4 and 4:30 pmThis is the only Good Subway in Plant City but today the girl working there was... mad because her relief worker was late and only did she complain the whole time I husband was getting our sandwiches she threwthem together so bad that when he got home my first question was what happened to these sandwiches. Couldn't hardly even eat itas a sandwich because it was so torn up .She needs some extra training in Customer Service or we won't be back. Read more

We went to Subway's and it was 9:24 p.m. they close at 10:00 p.m. and they had the door locked and didn't want to let anybody... in. There were three workers a guy, a heavy set White girl, and another young girl. They all stood there laughing and smilingwhen they know they are not supposed to close the doors until 10:00 p.m. this is very bad for business! There were othercustomers that arrived after and also tried to go inside to order food and again they did not let anyone in. When I said I wasgoing to call corporate they turn the lights off and hid by where the drive-thru window is so no one could see them. This isvery unprofessional! Read more
It was a very long wait to get the sandwiches. There was some families that left because the wait time was just too long. I... wanted my sub toasted but was told because of the wait time they needed to wait to toast the sub. In the end...I didn't get mysub toasted (which Iwould have preferred. They were also out of banana peppers (my understanding was not just on the bar butthey didn't have any there at all). They would have to pull one of the 2 workers to address drive thru or those coming in forpick ups. They really needed to have 1 or 2 more staff members to handle the lunch rush they had. I tried the Oven Roasted Ham& Turkey as a meal. It was pretty good. I would have preferred it toasted. My wife had her usual Italian B.M.T., My son had theAll-American Club & my daughter had the ham sandwich kid's meal. The food tasted good the biggest reason for the rating is thewait time. Read more

Arrive just before 6pm and the lights in the lobby were all off. It looked like it was closed. If not for the drive through... having people in it I would have thought they were closed. Based on the staff worming tonight, I would say they turned thelights off on purpose to discourage people from coming in because they didn?t want to work. They only had white and wheatbread. Which is ok. It happens. I worked at Sundays for over two years so I get it. The bearded person taking our order lookedlike he wanted to physically harm us. The look in his eyes; daggers because we asked for a 6 inch when he thought we saidfootlong and he had to correct it. I was so uncomfortable. Then my sandwich was left in the toaster for several seconds past thetimer. From experience, I knew the bread would now be over toasted and basically make it into a crouton and I was right. Ittook probably 10 minutes to make 4 subs which is to show how slow they moved. 3 people working there and it was so slow. All ofthem sounded like they really hated every second spent in the building. It was dark and the staff made me uncomfortable. Theyspent all this money on remodeling when they should hire better staff and pay them better to keep them there so we don?t end upwith an experience like the one we just had. Read more
