2016 this place was decent but over the years its been on a slow decline.. I Just left there about 15 minutes ago it took them... 25 minutes just to get our order for drinks and the place was empty. Food taste was a solid 6/10, although it came prettyquickly which was good. Our server was nice and made sure that we were good. On my last visit about a month and a half ago Iordered online and my order took very long to come out. They put people in front of me and on top of that I was at therestaurant for 2 hours until I got my food. Once I finally received my order I went home and discovered that I had 10 wingsinstead of 20 plus they put a very small amount of tater tot?s with my order. After waiting 2 hours for a order I placedbeforehand, I had to go right back. Once I arrived I gave them my whole order back and stated that it was incorrect. Although Iwaited for 2 hours before I had to wait a additional hour and a half for a order that was prepared incorrect. Nobody made it apriority to make my food first after having to come back. I was told my food was being prepared right away and after waiting andwaiting my food hadn?t showed. I spoke to 2 different managers, the 1st manager said he would handle it right away which was alie bc 45 minutes passed and he never came back. I asked for another manager and she finally took action to get the WINGS. Ontop of all of that my I just so happened to check my bag before leaving and they forgot the tater tots?.. When I finally got thetater tots they were cold?. I honestly just took it and left. That was the Worst experience I?ve had at any establishment. Beinglied to and having my time wasted. This BWW is located on Broward Mall. Setting is definitely for sports (many TV's). We were seated right away. Friendly... staff. There was an issue with my chicken sandwich which was quickly replaced (I opted for a beef burger option just to be onthe safe side). Food was somewhat bland for my palate, but overall juicy and fresh. I ordered the Cheese Curd Burger and myfriend had the American Cheeseburger.
