I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up. The online system said it would be ready in 20 minutes so I got there at the... exact time. Once there I was told it would be an additional 12 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting I told them I would have tocancel my order since I was on my lunch break and already late. They told me it was about to be ready so I waited and finallygot the pizza. On my way back to work I was called that I was given the wrong pizza and to come in next time for a free one. Iam gluten free and vegan so I ordered a specific pizza to match my dietary needs. I cannot eat just any pizza and I additionallyhad to stop somewhere else and buy food making me go way over my lunch time. Extremely frustrating. And will never order fromthis establishment. Only getting the 2 star cause I love the cauliflower dough pizza but service is terrible. I was on hold for 45 minutes. They... never answered. The app is hard to work and the staff seems to be overwhelm me with the 2 customers in front of them. Also a bitpricey for such a small pizza. It has a lot of potential if you could get your staff to do their job and be more efficient. Read more
Absolutely love this place, great selection of fresh toppings, the alfredo sauce is amazing, love the cauliflower crust.... Everytime the wife and I go there we have a competition on who can build the better tasting pizza and to be honest we both comeout as the winner. Read more
