They always have a positive attitude! Very clean! Very courteous! Plus very timely with orders!
This was always my go to Dunkin until today. And never again. My food is forgotten every time with mobile orders. No big deal.... But when I mentioned it today, not a word just eyes rolled and went to make. Had to pull forward. Then they bring out and it’sonly half my order. When I said I still have more, the other girl came out the door with it. She basically threw it at me. As Ipulled off, yes I was livid as this point, she screamed to never come back. Her name is Kayla and she is the assistant manager.Needs to be fired. If that’s how she treats customers, then how does she treat her employees? It’s no wonder I see constantturnover here. Read more
