I went in and picked up a hot and ready cheese pizza today. Got home and opened the box, it looked like it had been laying there... since last night!!! It was the worst pizza I ever received!!! You have foiled my dinner plans! I purchased three pizzas from yens, three! Each one was despicable. Your pizzas, or should I... say Petri dishes, were raw. They were almost slimy since they were so undercooked. I had to toss them all out and deal with theloss of money since yens attempted to sicken my family and me. My son got food poisoning from your raw dough! You need to stepup your game. Dopes! I went in to get my carryout, they said it wasn?t ready. Fine. So, I sat and waited, and waited. 3 girls were chatting... behind the counter. I finally stood and paced a bit, they looked at me. After a few minutes of that, I looked at my email and itsaid the order was done, and had been for 10 minutes. Ugh. I generally like Little Caesar's, but this time left me a little crabby. I ordered through the app and was in the lobby at the... estimated time of pick-up. I looked in the portal just to make sure it wasn't done before the app sent out a notification, butit was empty. I stood there waiting for my order to be put in the portal, but no pizzas were brought up. Finally the cashier didsome investigating and found my order in a different warming oven.
