Fast and excellent sushi in the downtown heart of Plattsburgh. I recommend the Harumaki, Tiger Roll and Golden Dragon Roll.... Whatever you prefer, you will enjoy it. They are takeout only at this time, but definitely worth grabbing it to go! Read more

One of the only two Japanese restaurants in the county, this place is low budget. Despite it's newcomer challenges it's still... pretty low budget from decor to staff, even after 4 years of me patronizing it. They used to be the bomb! They used to producethe best food for the best price but since the pandemic they have taken a deep dive in the wrong direction. I know that thepandemic has caused all kinds of problems for resteraunts to factories. But this is rediculous. For the last 3 weeks in a rowI've ordered tuna avacodo rolls and every time I received them but the tuna should be red like the meat of a watermelon ortomato. Instead it's black. It tastes like it's ten days old in a cooler. I've also ordered sashimi deluxe twice and both timesall of the fish was far from fresh. If you want to risk horrible food poisoning this is the place for you but, if I were you Iwould avoid this shop until they step their game up. This was the worst sushi I've ever tasted. I fed that stuff to my dog andhe wouldn't even eat it. Obviously they're cutting dangerous corners. Updated 2022... They have gotten a lot better at usingbetter quality seafood for their sushi. It's still take out only but pretty tasty food. I still prefer the sashimi, it's superfresh, tasty and presented pretty. Read more
