The slowest drive though around. If there is more then 3 cars in line when I get there it's literally faster to just drive past... and go tot the hueytown location. or go to Hardess. Read more
Drive thru cashier was good at taking my order and made sure my order was correct.
Very disappointed in their service .9-16-22.I went through the drive thru.order 15 pc chicken finger meal & me a lg.drink. Got... home and seen that two chicken fingers were missing ,whole basket of fries was missing. Just got a notification that there was a reply to my review. Damnitman, you don't see that very often! So, I've been reading... thru the reviews, and KUDO'S to the owner for taking the time to listen. I stand behind my 5 star review, and urge anyoneunsatisfied with their visit to reach out as instructed, let them fix the problem, and give them another shot. I doubt veryseriously that the owner (or anyone else) would waste the time reading and responding to these reviews if they had no intentionof looking into it. Jacks rocks! And it's up to us to bring it to somebody's attention when their crew isn't taking pride intheir work, or is simply unqualified for the position. Again, ?????. Read more
