Me and my mom called and asked if we were close enough to get out good delivered and they said yes. I used to work at jimmy... johns and there?s a lot of stuff I can?t eat there I asked them to make me my sandwich. When I got it it had nothing but oilvinegar and lettuce and they didn?t give me the chips I wanted they gave me some I couldn?t eat. When we called back and saidthere was almost nothing on my sandwich and my chips were wrong they said they could either send me another or write my namedown so I can get a new one later, I asked if I could get it now and they said yes. About ten minutes later they called back andsaid they could not bring it because we were not in their delivery range. And refused to give me a new one. I?m just upsetBecause we asked them if they could deliver or if we should get door dash. They are horrible go to 12th street its definitelybetter! Read more
Been here 5 or so times. Employees never seem to be paying attention. Feels more like a high school social gathering than it... does a service oriented restaurant. Took 10 minutes to get my sandwich with no other customers in the store and no one seemed toknow what happened. Bread was old and hard, sandwich was clearly thrown together. Welcome to the neighborhood! New convenient location. Haven't been to a Jimmy John's in a long time. They pride themselves on... their quick service so you better make sure you know exactly what you want. You'd better order correctly because they are makingyour order as soon as the words are out of your mouth. Great place if the time allowed for your work lunch isn't long enough.Quick service and pleasant, young, eager employees. (As of Aug 2022 they're hiring.) I?m sorry I have to even give this location a one star. Horrible service! Ordered online. Tracker on the app wouldn?t work. I... called the story after 30 minutes to get an update. As I was talking to the guy that answered, another female employee startedyelling saying it?ll take at least 25 minutes. I nicely said ok and hung up. Then 40 more minutes later we FINALLY get our orderdelivered. Four out of the eight sandwiches were made wrong. I would think twice if you want to order from this store.
