Just ate here a few days ago around 10pm. Not sure about other reviews that I have read but my experience was great! I was... seated quickly and greeted in a friendly kind professional manner. Jose was my server and he made sure that everything wentprefect. Drinks stayed filled (coffee/water) food arrived hot delicious. Getting my check went smooth. Shout out to Marie(manager I believe) she was friendly and professional and checked on us to make sure we were having a great experience. Worst service like no other Dennys. The waiter is pathetic shaking his head when we ask to buzz the table. Never came back to... check on us. Had to ask thrice to get water and twice for sauce. He dumped the drinks on adjacent table and inquired if we don?twant our drinks. And he spilled the drink all over the glass. Our first visit to this great looking Denny?s. Been planning this now for a few weeks. My spill is this: my wife and I have not... been out to a restaurant without our children for 7 years. She is flying back to see her parents in the Filipines tonight atmidnight and wanted to treat her to great breakfast without the kudos. This was our first time out by ourselves in 7 years. Wechoose this Denny?s because it was remolded and is right next Door to another place we frequent with our children. We are alsoin the food industry and take pride in the delivery of food orders that meet or exceed customers expectations. We ordered 2Philly Steak Omelettes with avocado. Waitress appears professional and on point. BUT, order arrives and both plates are WRONG!Veggie omelettes extra avocado. Message here is: Pay attention to what your customers have asked you for. They are paying thebill. I want to be that Raving Customer head over heals and having waited 7 years for this special moment in time AM NOT. Wewill return and hope this never happens again. Excellent meal. Waiter was young and earnest, did fine. The design is a little different, industrial open-beam, nice and clean.... I *always* get breakfast at Denny's, they're consistent across the board. I tried the chicken fried steak this time and theentire meal was delicious. Far more so than I expected. Read more
