The frozen custard is a soft serve on steroids. It's much creamier and has a more complex flavor than anything I've tried. The... strawberry ice cream is also the best I?ve tried. It?s more sweet and less tangy yet more flavorful. We're still visiting thisplace every chance we get. There's always a new, interesting flavor to try and the old standards. We had mint cookies and cream,tiger's blood Italian ice, the reliably decadent vanilla frozen custard today, but the Guinness Stout Chocolate Chip almost hadme. Read more
I wish we saw that a lot of the positive reviews were old. Unfortunately the ice cream tasted stale, and we were disappointed to... pay $18 for two single scoops. The chocolate fudge was bitter and grainy and was the consistency of toothpaste. On the plusside, it's in a good location and the server was nice. Read more
Not quite 5 stars but close! Great alternative to Meadowlark which was crazy busy the night we went. We will definitely be back... as a first choice. They make organic ice cream with Strauss Family Farm, they had an incredibly smooth frozen custard, I chosechocolate which was very chocolatey and quite delicious, they do shave ice and ice cream combos. A little bit of something foreveryone. You just order at the simple counter and there are a few tables, but we walked outside, munched our great desserts andenjoyed a very pleasant summer evening.
