Id have to say the new manager has done amazing. Definetly need to give this place another try if you had a bad experience... before. All the employees were so kind professional. The place was clean. The food was really good tasting as well. The roofleaking from rain a bit in kids play place was not anyone's fault I know its hard to come in and get everything fixed quick butthey are doing great. Worst Burger King ever! Took 25 min+ to get our food order was wrong. Had to pour the ice tea out tasted horrible!Asked... questions of the staff that brought us our food she's said I don't know and walked away. Customer service was terrible. We were the only customers in the dining room and had to wait a good while for follow up service... to get mustard and jalapenos. One attendant sat in a dining booth while we waited for service. Also, the drive through attendanthandled cashier duties then prepared orders for drive thru customers with no gloves. Yes. I waited and waited for my 1 burger order at the window. There were 2 women working. The blonde picked up my bag and put it back... in the shelf. Finally the other woman picked it up and gave it to me. When I asked why the other woman didn?t hand it to me, sheexplained it wasn?t her order. Really???? If it wasn?t hers then it must have been mine. Then I asked the blonde young woman toadd some Mayo to the bottom bun. She apparently thought loading it up over the top was a good idea to be ugly when I asked forthe burger ? my way?She didn?t realize that is the way I like it. Joke was on her.
